Meet Drew

Drew Lippert founded RCSI leveraging four decades of construction know-how, leading-edge solutions and technology, backed by a vast network of loyal subcontractors, partners and customers. Few construction professionals have a deeper understanding of contracting, steel construction, renewable energy and customer service. 

Drew began his career as an ironworker, who within a short time began supervising installation of reinforcing steel in tilt-up structures, retail and commercial buildings, podium decks, parking structures and custom homes.  Placing the highest value on client and supplier relationships right from the start of his career, Lippert was able to leverage his early accomplishments to launch and exponentially grow several construction companies to teams of 100 employees and more.  After running the largest non-union reinforcing steel company in southern California, he expanded his focus to provide renewable energy services such as design and installation of solar canopies, carports and a variety of other structures.
