Jake didn't ease into construction; he dove straight in. Shortly after high school, he started working on crews under his father and quickly moved through the ranks. By age 20, he was running crews on complex projects, overseeing everything from layout elevations and form setting to rebar installation, concrete pours, and structural steel erection.
