A third-generation steel man, Drew has been in the trade since he was 16, that's 44 years connected to the field. He worked for his father through high school, earned his California contractor's license after Orange Coast College, and by his late twenties owned his own rebar company. He was later hired on as a project manager at a solar structures firm and rose to Vice President before founding RCSI in 2018.

As CEO, Drew leads the company's financial and estimating work and hunts for new opportunities to grow the team. He's proudest of the hardest builds, long spans over complex sites and structures tied into existing parking garages, and lives by careful planning so that when boots hit the ground, schedules are beat and costs stay in line. He holds integrity above all, and believes people are always due the truth.

Jake is a fourth-generation iron worker, construction is in his blood. He started on crews for his father, Drew, straight out of high school, and rose fast: by 20 he was running crews on everything from complex layout and form setting to tying rebar, pouring concrete, and steel erection.

As General Manager since 2019, Jake oversees field operations, procurement, and vendor and client relations. He takes pride in the builds others struggle to wrap their heads around, long spans over complex sites, connections to existing parking garages, tough soils and elevations solved alongside structural and geotechnical engineers, all delivered without shutting a client's facility down. Carrying his family's legacy into renewable energy, he sees clean-power structures that support good careers as a true win-win.
