Drew Lippert has dedicated more than four decades to the construction industry. Beginning on jobsites at age sixteen, he developed into a respected contractor, entrepreneur, and executive leader. Today he serves as President & CEO of Renewable Construction Services Inc., leading estimating, financial planning, business development, and company strategy while maintaining the mindset of a builder.

Construction is in Drew’s blood. His father was in the steel trade, and Drew grew up learning the business from the inside out — born in Whittier, raised in Mission Viejo, and building across Southern California ever since.
Age 16
Started on the jobsite
Began working jobsites in high school and managing projects for the family steel business at a young age — learning the trade from the inside out.

Earned his contractor’s license
Completed the coursework to earn his California State Contractor’s License — the formal foundation under decades of field experience.

Purchased Long Beach Rebar
Made a bold entrepreneurial move in his mid-twenties — buying the rebar company and operating it on his own.

Led solar canopy construction
Developed the hands-on renewable-energy expertise — the experience that became the direct foundation for RCSI.

Founded RCSI as President & CEO
